The Clean Vibes Trading Post (CVTP) is seeking externs to assist with their initiative to engage festival patrons in creating a cleaner and greener festival atmosphere. Externs will work with the existing crew to staff the tent and engage and educate the festival attendees. An ideal candidate would have a background in environmental studies, community engagement or non profit experience, energy and enthusiasm for environmental education, and a focused and positive attitude. This externship requires a full-time commitment from September 2-5, 2021<\/p>\n

Clean Vibes Trading Post operates exchange centers at large outdoor events throughout the United States. Attendees are invited to pick up littered cans, bottles and cigarette butts as a form of currency\u201d to use at the Trading Post Booth. The more items gathered, the more valuable items participants can \u201cpurchase.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prizes consist of in-kind donations by event vendors, artists, and eco-conscious and eco-supportive companies. <\/span>Providing event attendees with immediate rewards enables us to directly engage people in the clean up process, educate them about the importance of recycling and lessening as much of the event\u2019s waste as possible from the landfill!<\/span><\/p>\n
